Clonmore Lodge Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast is a 400 year old landlord's summer residence on 40 hectare off N67 overlooking the Atlantic, Cliffs of Moher and Tromora Castle. The lodge is a historic house of Clare and is 1 mile from a safe sandy beach. The working farm with farmyard animals and poultry has 9 hole pitch and putt, 18 hole crazy golf and riding ponies for children. The lodge has 6 non smoking bedrooms with private bathroom - some family units - with commanding views of the sea and countryside. All bedrooms have TV, tea/coffee facilities and hairdryers.
Location
Clonmore Lodge located to the south of Quilty, 500 metres off N67, 1 hour from Shannon Airport and mid-way between the Cliffs of Moher and Killimer car ferry makes it an ideal stop-over for visiting Galway or Kerry. From Clonmore Lodge you can play on 5 golf courses all within 25 mins drive including a championship links at Lahinch and the newly designed Greg Norman links at Doonbeg (10 mins drive). Kilkee - a seaside town in West Clare, from here you can drive the magnificent Loop Drive to the western peninsula. |
